The MLX75605 is a single package solution for a 150 Mbp. The MLX75605 is compliant with the 150 Mbps MOST physical layer and comes in a 24 pin SOIC package compatible with lead free SMD processes. The MLX75303 integrated sensor IC includes the photodiode, transimpedance amplifier and a Schmitt Trigger voltage output stage. This guarantees stable light responsivity over time and over temperature, and also drastically improves noise behavior when compared to designs that use discrete photodiodes. Melexis introduces the MLX90614xAC inexpensive, intelligent infrared, non-contact thermometers with narrow Field Of View (FOV). The MLX90614xAC has a Field of View of only 35 degrees. Design engineers can now measure smaller objects or increase the sensor-object distance with this thermometer. (read more)

The MLX12115 is an ISO compliant 13.56MHz RFID transceiver IC. This low power consumption device supports portable and fixed reader designs requiring a tight footprint. The IC minimizes onboard power requirements and reduces parts count in a final reader product.
