Miniature Differential Pressure Instruments

Miniature Differential Pressure Instruments

Low-cost miniaturized differential pressure instruments have features that are particularly attractive to original equipment manufacturers. Both piston and diaphragm sensor instruments are available in a number of configurations including gauge models, switch models, and combined gauge-switch units.

Designed for gas or liquid service, standard construction is anodized aluminum with 302 stainless steel range springs and ceramic magnets. Buna-N piston and end cap seals withstand temperatures from -20 to 200°F. Optional Viton and neoprene seals are available.

Various porting arrangements are provided including a manifold mount which seals directly to the mounting surface without intervening piping.

Both piston and diaphragm gauge-switch and switch models are equipped with a choice of SPST or SPDT switches. Some piston models feature 1/4" conduit electrical connections.
