The Vasiala CARBOCAP^® Carbon Dioxide Transmitter Series GMT220 are the first CARBOCAP^® transmitters available to measure CO₂ in a wide range of industrial environments. Applications include safety alarm and leakage monitoring, demand-controlled ventilation in harsh and humid environments such as; greenhouses, fruit storage rooms, mushroom farms, livestock husbandry and parking garages.

The housing is dust and waterproof to IP65/NEMA4. The materials have been chosen for extended corrosion resistance.The GMT220 transmitters are easy to install and maintain.

• interchangeable probes facilitate field maintenance

The probes can be replaced with newly calibrated ones; or replaced with separate probes that are only used as a reference for calibration checking. This minimizes the downtime and eliminates the need for expensive calibration equipment. Probes can be sent to Vaisala for recalibration.
